Once upon a time 3e were 8675309 and 90210 now were 67 and for some reason 456947
There used to be proud of your zip code. Proud of your area code. Proud of your home town. Your state. Your country.
But there has always been a Division Street. A seperation between wealth and poor. The other side of the tracks. And we have seen it across the country as long as this country has existed. And most importantly, since someone had the arrogance to say "I'm better than you."
The age old questions:
Who?
What?
Where?
When?
Why?
I find the only practical example for me is in athletic competition. The true example of what happens when the clock hits zero, how many points are on the board. Fuck elections and selections, PUT UP OR SHUT UP.
This guy played the field like a 'Diamond Dog'
And I never liked how this shmuck played the floor like a cats-game xoxoxoxox
So we can stand up and the world can sit down cuz I got plenty of riffs and Ruffles
And the world is full of these guys who believe in something more
The "Gezellig" Scene
While there is no single official "dictionary definition" clip on YouTube, the scene occurs during Rebecca's night on the Dutchman's houseboat in Amsterdam.
The Explanation: Matthijs explains that gezellig has no direct English translation but describes a feeling of coziness, togetherness, and conviviality. He uses it to describe the specific warmth of their evening—sharing a meal, singing, and enjoying each other's company without the pressure of sex.
The Philosophy: He notes that one should not worry about things they cannot control because that would be "un-gezellig" (a "bummer" or unpleasant).
Came a cross a song I havent listened to, like many, but I think its French 💋
